Covidien is committed to providing customers throughout the globe the opportunity to manage their needs as efficiently as possible. We continue to look for ways to streamline the ordering process. This letter is intended to notify you, our valued customer, that we will be merging the item codes listed below into one global code.

We will phase in the new codes during October and November of this year. As you place orders we will convert the order to the new code upon depletion of the existing Phase Out code.
Current Best Practice Kits will not be changed as configurations will remain the same. We will simply replace the phase out code with the new code within the kit.
